Cholesterol and Stents to Open Blocked Arteries
by Rick Smith
(Terrell, TX)
I'm a 51 year old male, I generally consider myself in good health, although I do take meds for BP and Cholesterol.
I am little heavier than I should be. Well about 5 weeks ago I was shortness of breath and tightness in my chest... Emergency room here I come. Found out I had two arteries to my heart blocked, one 99% the other 90%!
I had to have two stents placed and wow now I feel great, like I'm 30 something again! Well I'm taking advantage of my opportunity by walk-jogging 2-3 miles 6 days a week and have eliminated my intake of garbage, such as refined sugars, carb overloading and bad fats.
Veggies and fruit are actually good! So far I've lost 13 pounds and my numbers are on the way down. Thanks so much for your information and support.
God bless you.

I've been following your recommendations for a little over two months...have lost 10 pounds but more importantly lost several inches off my waist and stomach area.
I go for bloodwork in a few weeks and will see how that shows. I'm optimistic. thanks for the regular updates and info...I've shared them with several of my "medicare" age friends.
