Cholesterol Lowering with Oatmeal and Blueberry?

When I increased both my
- blueberry intake and
- oatmeal
I lowered my cholesterol which was borderline by 16 pts in 7 weeks.
My regimen was:
- 2 Table spoons of bb's after each meal;
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal for breakfast and
- 1/2 cup at the start of dinner.
It Worked for me and I have stayed with this for 8 months now.
