Oats as a food for lowering cholesterol

(belize)

I have tried oats. If this is Soaked in water overnight and the water consumed next day, is a very good way to lower the cholesterol.

I did an analaysis on cholesterol level and results were 255.6 and 5 days later I tried again and the results were 155.1.

During this time I did not consumed meat only oats, fruits, specially grapefruit and bananas.
