Reduce Triglycerides with Foods and Exercise

I have triglyceride levels marked High. On the other hand I am a slim person and I want to gain weight.
My triglycerides level was recorded about 394mg/dl, my height is 174 cm and my weight is just 55 Kg.
I want to improve weight and learn how to reduce triglyceride levels.
Please tell me some foods and some specific exercise that will help to reduce triglyceride levels and help me gain weight.
Reducing triglyceride levelsby: pete jones
Take the following:
- 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon powder,
- level tsp of turmeric,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper or cayenne pepper, and
- one teaspoon of honey.
Small amount of boiled water mix all together and drink first thing in the morning at least 15 min before breakfast.
You will reduce your triglyceride levels big time.
Mine reduced 70% in 5 weeks.
