I did research on restoring your health without surgery, it involved the real life stories of 4 doctors who almost died and how they found a new healthy body developed by naturally changing what you eat.


What they did was to eat all kinds of fruit and vegetables, no oil producing product. The lady had breast cancer high cholesterol could have a heart attack also and 20 years later is still very healthy. The exercise was not the main focus but a 30 minute walk or workout of your choice 3 to 5 times a week as the recommendation.


If you think about where cholesterol comes from and it does come primarily from animals and oils we eat, this makes sense.


Your body will start restoring itself to the energy you used to have. It is called the rave diet.
