DOING EVERTHING RIGHT, BUT STILL HIGH CHOESTEROL
I EXERCISE EVERYDAY, I ONLY EAT GOOD FATS, NO RED MEAT FOR OVER A YEAR, FISH ONCE A WEEK, I AM DOING ALL THE RIGHT STUFF, I DO EAT 1 SQUARE OF CHOCOLATE A DAY, THE REAL DARK STUFF 70% TO 86%,
I AM VERY THIN AS i AM A RUNNER AVERAGE ABOUT 20 MILES A WEEK.
JUST WONDERING WHAT MY BEST OPTION FOR A NATURAL SUPPLEMENT.
I read your message and understood your problem.
I am glad to read that you are very active and maintain a good diet. But before I say my final opinion.
I need to see your blood lipid profile so if you have done this type of test kindly send a photo to me or just write the results to me.
I need to interpret the numbers on my own.
Cholesterol is pretended to be high when it over 240mg/dl. High cholesterol can be inherited and maybe this is the reason why you can not control easily the high cholesterol numbers.
Sometimes medications are needed to reduce the high levels of cholesterol.
Anyway, despite the fact that you try to do everything right maybe there is something wrong with what you are doing.
Watch again over your exercising schedule and diet, if needed consult with your doctor.
Certain drugs increase the cholesterols levels, metabolic disorders etc.
Also, I would like to emphasize that a high total cholesterol number means nothing. The lipid profile needs to be interpreted in a comprehensive way.
Total cholesterol is a measure of LDL(bad cholesterol), HDL(good cholesterol), and VLDL.
If your total cholesterol stands in high levels because of high HDL this is a good news mostly and there is nothing to worry about.
Hope this is helpful for you. Kindly send your lipid profile to me if possible.
