What is gelatin?

It is a colorless and tasteless protein, which is water soluble and obtained from collagen, a protein found in the tendons, ligaments, skin and bones of the animals. It is mostly extracted from the pigs and cows.

Gelatin in cholesterol

Gelatin contains a sufficient amount of glycine and other important amino acids.
