My Cholesterol was 280 and triglycerides were 480 drinking red wine

MY CHOLESTEROL WAS 280 AND TRIGLYCERIDES WERE 480. I DO DRINK RED WINE AT NIGHT AND I AM ABOUT 10 TO 15 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT.
SO, DO I NEED TO STOP DRINKING THE RED WINE AND I DO NOT EAT FRID FOODS BUT NOT A LOT OF FRUIT.
I NEED TO QUIT EATING SWEETS WHICH I CAN DO. I AM VERY ACTIVE EVERY DAY.

I see you have cholesterol 280 and TG 480, which are quite high numbers. I am happy to read that you do a very active life and try to take care of yourself.
Make sure your diet is very weak in cholesterol. Meat and eggs contain high amounts of cholesterol so avoid them. Also, if you eat a lot of sugars your triglycerides tend to rise.
If you reduce the sugar intake in your diet would be great. Try not to take sweets. Also, take as much as you can efforts to lose weight.
If you have any disease that contributes at your lipid profile like diabetes, make sure to control it.
Wine is fine, keep drinking a glass of wine in the evening time. Wine contains some antioxidant molecules that may help you.
But please take note that binge drinking causes dangerous spikes in triglyceride levels that may harm your pancreas.
Drink only one glass every day, do not try to raise the amount of alcohol you take.
You can even quit wine and take other strong antioxidants like green tea or supplements.
